Terms of Service
Last updated: Tuesday, November 3, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between Townsquare Media Limited ("we", "us") and the business that subscribes to Jute ("you"). By creating an account or paying for Jute, you accept these terms.
2. The service
Jute is an online service for recording deliveries and sharing delivery information with your customers. Features may change over time.
3. Accounts and users
You are responsible for the people you give access to, and for keeping logins secure. Tell us at once if you think a login is no longer secure.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into Jute. You permit us to store and process it only to provide Jute. You confirm you have the right to upload it, including any personal information it contains. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
5. Accuracy of records
Jute uses automated tools to help read documents. These tools can make mistakes. You must check every record before saving it. We are not responsible for loss caused by an incorrect record.
6. Fees and payment
You pay the monthly fee shown when you subscribe, plus GST, in advance by card. If a payment fails, we will tell you. If it is still unpaid after 14 days, we may pause access. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by email. Your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part months. Before your account closes, you can ask us for a copy of your records. We then delete your data as our Privacy Policy describes.
8. Availability
We work to keep Jute available and back up data regularly, but we cannot guarantee the service will always work without interruption or that data will never be lost.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data.
10. Business use
Jute is supplied for business purposes. You agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, and that sections 9, 12A, 13 and 14(1) of the Fair Trading Act 1986 do not apply, to the extent the law allows. You agree this is fair and reasonable.
11. Changes to these terms
We will email you at least 30 days before any change to these terms takes effect.
12. Governing law
New Zealand law governs these terms. The New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
